Ensuring you get your money's worth from a purchase you made online can get expensive quickly. The Shopper Discount & Rewards Extended Service Protection lets you avoid the cost of purchasing a long-term warranty from a manufacturer or a third-party service, which on average costs about $75 per item.

In this program, Shopper Discount & Rewards doubles the manufacturer's U.S. written warranty period for up to one additional year. The manufacturer's warranty must be three years or less, so that the period of combined coverage is does not exceed four years. The Extended Warranty does not change the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions in any way. Our coverage takes effect when your manufacturer's warranty expires.

Shopper Discount & Rewards does not limit the number of claims you may make, but your membership needs to be active on the purchase date of the item and remain active and in good standing on the date you call the Administrator to report a claim to be eligible for coverage.

Filing a Extended Service Protection Claim with Shopper Discount & Rewards

If you need to file a warranty claim and your manufacturer's warranty has expired, you may then file an Extended Service Protection claim on this site. Then Shopper Discount & Rewards chooses to repair, rebuild, replace, or pay cash for the item specified. We notify you of which option we choose within 60 days of receiving a properly completed Extended Service Protection claim form. You are not charged for the cost of the repairs, rebuild, or replacement of the item you purchased.
